Medical device market operation
We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Marketing Manager (or Director) with a strong background in healthcare and life sciences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving product marketing, brand strategy, and market growth within the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for medical device products
⢠Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
⢠Drive demand generation through digital campaigns, content marketing, and channel partnerships
⢠Collaborate with product, regulatory, and sales teams to support product launches and commercialization
⢠Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy
⢠Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
⢠Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and healthcare partners
Requirements
⢠10ā15+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences
⢠Strong understanding of medical device regulations and market dynamics
⢠Proven experience in product marketing, brand management, and growth strategy
⢠Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams
⢠Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
⢠Experience in B2B healthcare or medical device companies
⢠MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Compensation
⢠Base salary: $150,000 ā $200,000
⢠Performance bonus + flexible remote work environment
