The individual will be responsible for designing comprehensive training programs, conducting needs analysis, and managing training and development initiatives. The role also includes responsibilities such as developing instructional materials, ensuring alignment with compliance standards, and maintaining and improving Learning Management Systems (LMS). Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will be essential. Qualifications • Experience in Training Program Design and Needs Analysis for impactful training solutions • Strong expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management processes • Proficiency in Instructional Design methodologies to create effective learning content • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Ability to stay updated with compliance regulations and incorporate them into training modules • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment • Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning Development, Compliance, or related field • Experience in healthcare compliance training design is a plus Apply tot his job
