This flexible role is ideal for skilled home health coders looking to supplement their current employment or work on a flexible basis while supporting a premier healthcare system known for its "patient-first" mission.

Job Highlights
• Role Type: Per Diem (Flexible hours).
• Location: 100% Remote.
• Focus: Specialized coding for home health clinical encounters.
Qualifications
• Experience: Prior medical coding experience specifically in a Home Health setting is required.
• Certification: Must hold a current coding certification from a recognized body (AAPC or AHIMA), such as:
• CCS, CCA, CPC, RHIT, COC, ACA, or CIC.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately assign CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes for home health clinical encounters to ensure compliant billing.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a remote work environment.
• Ensure all coding practices align with current facility and regulatory policies.
