Medical Coding Operations Manager (Profee Coding) - Remote Position
The Coding Network (TCN) is a 100% remote medical coding company with a team of U.S.-based, single-specialty medical coders and auditors. We serve clients in all 50 states and provide services ranging from professional fee daily coding and temporary coding coverage to coding compliance audits and physician documentation training.
We are seeking a Medical Coding Project Manager to act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This role oversees coder staffing and daily workflow management, ensuring that client expectations are met and that communication with TCN's internal teams is seamless and professional.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal stakeholders (sales, operations, coders)
• Manage staffing and assignments of coding teams
• Ensure adherence to coding workflows, EHR use, and regulatory standards
• Conduct client meetings, phone calls, and status check-ins
• Oversee coder performance and work queue monitoring
• Handle documentation, correspondence, and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional TCN services to clients when appropriate and relay those opportunities to the sales team
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
