We are looking for an experienced Medical Coding Auditor to perform compliance reviews and coding audits to ensure regulatory adherence, documentation integrity, and revenue accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Audit & Compliance
Audit billed codes vs documentation
Identify overcoding, undercoding, and compliance risks
Evaluate medical necessity and documentation quality
Detect revenue leakage and risk patterns
Reporting & Improvement
Provide audit findings and corrective recommendations
Prepare structured audit reports
Suggest documentation improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years medical coding experience
Prior coding audit or compliance review experience
Strong knowledge of CMS & payer guidelines
Deep understanding of documentation requirements
Project Scope
Periodic audits or project-based work
Internal quality audits
Client compliance audit projects
Payment
