The Opportunity: We seek an experienced Clinical Reviewer specializing in Wound Care to join our team and support our US-based healthcare client. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home. Your responsibilities will include: • Perform detailed reviews of wound care documentation, including patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes. • Assess compliance with clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies • Collect and analyze data related to wound care outcomes, treatment effectiveness, and patient satisfaction • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement • Prepare and present audit reports summarizing findings, including areas of non-compliance and recommendations for corrective actions • Communicate audit results to healthcare providers, management, and relevant stakeholders • Offer constructive feedback to healthcare providers on documentation practices and wound care management • Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on best practices in wound care and documentation standards • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make further recommendations as needed. To succeed in this role: • Registered Nurse or have an equivalent clinical qualification • Extensive experience in wound care management, in particular knowledge of skin substitution • Strong understanding of clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes • Must have Point Click Care (PCC) and Sigma EMR experience • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to provide effective feedback and training to healthcare providers • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, including keeping up to date on current wound care guidelines, regulatory changes, and best practices • Fluent in English - both written and verbal • Exceptional eye for detail Service Fee: Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise. Hours: US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Why Limitlessli?
