We pride ourselves on accuracy, integrity, and exceptional client service. Position Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Billing Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in medical billing and accounts receivable, with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. This role is remote, but applicants must reside in Arkansas. Responsibilities: • Perform A/R follow-up on outstanding claims. • Review and resolve electronic claim rejections and denials. • Handle patient demographic enrollment and verify insurance eligibility. • Read and interpret aging and financial reports to identify trends and prioritize follow-up. • Communicate with insurance companies via portals or phone for claim status updates. • Answer incoming calls for select billing clients (minimal phone time required). Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of provider enrollment and credentialing processes. • 1–3 years of experience in a medical office or billing environment. • Experience working with EHR and practice management platforms. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
