Required Qualifications • At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience for English-Speaking businesses/clients/customers • Background in Healthcare, collections, and/or billing programs/accounts is an advantage, but not a requirement • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, neutral English accent with clear pronunciation, great email, chat, and phone etiquette • Experience in medical billing and working within EMRs in Ontario is an advantag,e but not a requirement • Knowledge of the healthcare system is considered an asset • Experience with any of the following tools is also beneficial: Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, EMRs, and medical billing software • Resourceful: Able to learn independently and use new knowledge to solve problems • Honest: Able to acknowledge mistakes and always does one’s best to operate with the highest degree of integrity • Humble: Able to remove ego from the discussion to identify the best solution to a problem.
