Responsibilities
Ā Greeting and checking in patients

Ā Responding to client questions

Ā Accommodating new patients by providing intake information

Ā Assisting patients with filling out intake information
,
Ā Creating and maintaining patient charts
,
Ā Verifying existing appointments and scheduling future appointments
,
Ā Obtaining medical records for patients
,
Ā Scanning and uploading documents onto the web portal when needed
,
Ā Reviewing and maintaining an active patient list
,
Ā Completing missing patient procedures when necessary
,
Ā Answering phone calls and emails
,
Ā Assisting the medical doctor and in-house specialists by preparing patient paperwork and prescribed medication/supply per doctor's orders
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or GED certificate preferred

Ā Strong interpersonal skills

Ā Receptionist/Front Desk experience preferred
