Under the direction of the department manager, the Medical Assistant will be assisting the team in referral management for HighRisk patients and helping to assist with patient needs.

• Requirements
ResponsibilitiesDay in the Life:
• Receive new patient referrals from clients
• * Create charts for all new patients
• * Input medical information in new chart
• * Help Care Coordinators with patient needs as applicable
• * Foster relationships with their team to ensure the CareHarmony culture is positive and supportive.
• * Other duties as applies
• Required SkillsAbilities:
• Great attention to detail
• * Excellent organizational skills
• * Excellent verbal and communication skills
• * Excellent professional presence when dealing with colleagues
• * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet critical deadlines.
• * Fundamental Skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Required Education and Experience:
• Medical Assistant certificate must be active and in good standing
• Physical Requirements
• This position is sedentary and will require sitting for long periods of time
• * This position will require the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively, often by telephone, for an extended period of time
• * The position will require the ability to understand, process, and take thorough notes in realtime on telephone conversations
• Pay and Benefits:
• $16hr $18hr based on job duties being performed
