Medical Assistant for front office scheduling and reporting
We are looking for a medical assistant. Someone with experience within the medical front office. Office Ally experience is preferred but may consider someone who has longer industry experience within the space.
Duties would include VA tasks for the owner
Patient scheduling
Reaching out to doctors' offices for patient ppwk
Fax requests to external doctors
Misc Tasks
Ability to be well organized, efficient, and bring new ideas to the table and grow within the company and other opportunities. Will grow into full-time based on assessment initially and ability to do the job.
We are on Pacific standard time, so the ability to work during hours of operation is required.
Fluent in speaking and understanding English is a requirement as you will be communication with patients and doctors and need to comprehend company information and be able to relay to patients and doctors so they understand fully. NO EXCEPTIONS.
