Organization: Mercor Position: Medical Secretaries and Administrative Assistants Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $45–$60 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous Role Responsibilities: • Design and develop questions related to your role as a Medical Secretary and Administrative Assistant. • Collaborate with the project team to ensure questions accurately reflect the duties and responsibilities of the role. • Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure medical and administrative accuracy. • Apply professional knowledge to support AI models in improving understanding of medical administrative tasks. Ideal Qualifications: • Strong full-time experience as a Medical Secretary and Administrative Assistant. • Experience in medical office administration, scheduling, patient management, and document preparation. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in written communication and familiar with medical terminology.
