Responsibilities
β€’ Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients with our medical team
β€’ Collect and update patient information and medical records
β€’ Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
β€’ Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage and submit claims
β€’ Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
β€’ Assist with billing and invoicing processes
β€’ Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
β€’ Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
β€’ Continuously update and maintain patient records and databases
β€’ Provide support to the medical team with any other tasks as needed
Qualifications
β€’ High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
β€’ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
β€’ Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β€’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
β€’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
β€’ Experience with insurance verification and billing processes is a plus
β€’ Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting

Compensation & Schedule
β€’ Competitive Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr based on experience and performance
β€’ Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training
β€’ Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training
β€’ Work Schedule: Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week); Options for morning, afternoon, or evening schedules
