Media Operations Coordinator

Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning. The Media Operations Coordinator will become an expert in the company's backend media operations systems and work closely with the Revenue team to ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Become an expert in Tatari’s proprietary backend media operations systems Work with the Revenue team and ensure all day-to-day operational tasks are completed correctly and timely, including: Working with vendors to ensure proper execution of creative deliveries Working with network partners to receive weekly airing information Ensuring that all information are accurate in Tatari’s proprietary backend system Work on ad hoc requests from the Revenue and Platform teams, including: Network S&P approval process and communication Handling data ingestion errors Maintaining Inventory Catalog Identify and implement process improvements including automation of tasks Skills Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Google Sheets) Experience creating pivot tables, VLookUps and advanced functions and techniques for working with simple data sets Familiarity with macros Detail oriented, ability to juggle competing priorities and always follow through A self-starter and driven with a strong sense of urgency Strong interpersonal and communication skills Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI Experience with writing Macros and Python coding Benefits Equity compensation Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents 401K, FSA, and commuter benefits $150 monthly spending account $1,000 annual continued education benefit $500 Newbie Productivity Perk Unlimited PTO and sick days Monthly Company Wellness Day Off Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office Team building events Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week in office Company Overview Tatari is a data & analytics company focused on buying and measuring advertising across linear and streaming TV.
