Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital media campaigns across retail media tactics for e-commerce customers.

Manage retail media budgets for key customers including Amazon, Chewy, and Instacart.

Evaluate retail media capabilities and provide recommendations for future spending.

Outline measurement goals for media spend and translate data into actionable insights.

Assess media performance on key e-commerce metrics and communicate impact to the organization.

Monitor and analyze programs to improve audience understanding and identify opportunities.

Oversee the creative process for paid media across multiple e-commerce channels.

Lead creative optimizations and testing strategies, including A/B testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to combine brand insights with sales priorities.

Partner with agencies to define and deliver on campaign KPIs and monitor programs.

Educate partners on the evolving landscape of digital and retail media.

Coach and develop associate media managers.
Requirements
BA in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred.

5-7 years of marketing, media planning, and/or strategy experience.

E-commerce experience is required.

Digital experience on agency or client side is required.
,
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

Experience in multiple digital media channels, including search, programmatic, and social media.
