FanDuel is a leading mobile gaming company, seeking a Casino Media Associate to support the in-house social team in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for the US Casino Business. The role involves managing day-to-day campaign operations and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful campaign performance.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, build, launch, and optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X)Assist with campaign trafficking and QA, ensuring accuracy across ad specs, targeting, tracking, and creative setupSupport ongoing creative, audience, and tactical testing across the funnel, helping implement test plans and document resultsMonitor campaign pacing and performance against core KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)Assist in analyzing performance data and identifying insights to inform optimizations and future testingContribute to weekly, monthly, and competitive reporting, helping summarize performance, key learnings, and next stepsSupport process development for reporting, documentation, and budget pacing to improve efficiency and consistencyAssist with daily and weekly budget pacing and campaign delivery across platformsSupport forecast inputs and spend tracking in partnership with senior team membersHelp ensure accurate tagging, attribution, and data collection across platforms and measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer)Collaborate with platform representatives to stay informed on best practices, new formats, and innovation opportunitiesStay up to date on platform updates and emerging paid social trends, bringing forward ideas and recommendationsWork cross-functionally (Analytics, Creative, Finance, etc.) in a fast-paced environment to support strong execution and performance outcomesSkills1-2+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on paid socialPractical experience working within major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X)Solid understanding of paid social fundamentals, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, placements, tagging, and reportingStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insightsHighly detail-oriented, coachable, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCuriosity and enthusiasm for digital marketing, social innovation, and emerging platform trendsFamiliarity with optimizing campaigns toward performance goals such as CPA and ROAS is a plusExposure to mobile attribution and measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, or similar) is a plusBenefitsWe offer amazing benefits above and beyond the basics.We have an array of health plans to choose from (some as low as $0 per paycheck) that include programs for fertility and family planning, mental health support, and fitness benefits.We offer generous paid time off (PTO & sick leave), annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunities (based on performance), 401k with up to a 5% match, commuter benefits, pet insurance, and more.This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits.This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays.FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.Company OverviewFanDuel is a gaming company that offers sportsbook, daily fantasy sports, horse racing, and online casino games.
