The role involves providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and compliance, and preparing documentation and specifications.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support across the project lifecycle, including drawing/BOM reviews, design calculations, component research, and contribution of design conceptsReview customer specifications and define project scope in coordination with Project Engineering and Applications EngineeringPrepare purchase specifications and review vendor documentation to ensure all components and sub‑vendor deliverables meet project requirementsMonitor engineering schedule and costs, reporting any concerns to the Project Engineer or Project ManagerEnsure quality and compliance through accurate documentation, proper design checks, adherence to procedures, participation in project meetings, and compliance with safety rules and OSHA requirementsTravel and working off-hours is occasionally required, including holidays and weekendsSkillsBS Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and teamworkStrong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced engineering environmentExceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in calculations, documentation, drawings, and technical reviewsBenefitsGenerous paid time off (vacation, personal, and sick days)A 401(k) with up to 6% company matchFlexible working hours to support work-life balanceCompany OverviewAtlas Copco manufactures industrial tools and equipment.
