Here’s what you will do: • Work in collaboration with facility team to assess the needs of the resident • Comply with federal and state regulations regarding completion and coordination of the MDS process • Monitor MDS and care plan documentation for all residents • Ensure documentation is present in the medical record to support MDS coding • Maintain the frequent and accurate data entry of resident information into appropriate computerized program • As required, attend team meetings and other meetings in order to gather information, communicate changes, and maintain and update records • Continually update knowledge base related to data entry and computer technology • May participate in quality assurance activities as required • Perform additional duties as assigned Essential For You to Have as a Campbell Street Services MDS Coordinator: • RN licensure within the state of Kansas, plus a minimum of two years MDS experience in long-term care (Prefer RN but will consider LPN) may be considered with exceptional qualifications or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must have current AANAC (RAC-CT) certification or obtain it within 90 days of hire • Have and continue acceptable Criminal Background report • Have and continue clean Sex Offender report • Have and continue clean Child and Adult Protective Service report • Understand, speak, read, and write English fluently • Education, experience, and skills to perform required responsibilities • Ability to treat and care for our residents and their property and personal belongings with dignity and respect Know someone who'd be great for any of our CSS roles?
