Responsibilities: Configure and manage device policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and security requirements. Maintain centralized control over mobile devices using MDM solutions, ensuring consistent and secure management. Deploy updates and patches to mobile devices in a timely manner to ensure they are up-to-date and secure. Utilize compliance monitoring tools to track and enforce adherence to device policies and security standards. Monitor and report on the status of mobile devices, identifying any non-compliant devices and taking corrective action. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MDM solutions with business objectives and IT strategies. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM processes, configurations, and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff on MDM-related issues. Stay current with emerging MDM technologies, trends, and best practices. Participate in the procurement and evaluation of MDM tools and software. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all MDM efforts. Conduct regular reviews and audits of MDM processes to identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM strategies and methodologies. Engage in knowledge-sharing activities and training sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. Qualifications: Required: Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience as an MDM Administrator or in a similar mobile device management role. Proficiency in configuring and managing device policies within MDM solutions. Experience in maintaining centralized control over mobile devices using MDM tools. Strong skills in deploying updates and patches to mobile devices. Knowledge of compliance monitoring tools and techniques. In-depth understanding of mobile device security principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired: Certifications such as Mobile Device Management Professional (MDMP) or equivalent. Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE). Knowledge of endpoint security solutions and mobile threat defense. Familiarity with containerization and microservices architectures. Experience with automation and scripting for MDM processes. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
