MD Sales
To plan, organize, direct, and control activities in support of the Company's sales organization strategies. Achieves revenue goals within an assigned district/region or on an account basis.

ā¢ Organize and lead a sales team consisting of leaders and sales representatives.
ā¢ Achieve revenue goals.
ā¢ Provides leadership in training, coaching, communications and performance evaluations.
ā¢ Experience in recruiting and building a sales organization. Excellent human relations and communications skills.
ā¢ Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Significant professional experience in commercial/industrial sales required including demonstrably successful management experience. Formal leadership experience in a sales organization required.

Maximum: $20,815.00 /mo.
