About the Role:
Conduct virtual tutoring sessions, creating personalized study plans tailored to each student's needs
Provide targeted content review, teaching effective study strategies, and administering practice questions and exams
Offer real-time clarification, motivation, and accountability to help students stay on track and build confidence
Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust study plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse backgrounds
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eligibility to work in the United States, with necessary documentation
Technological savviness, with proficiency in email, texting, Slack, and Google Sheets/Excel
