Job Summary We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Math Instructors/Tutors/Coaches to join our team in Maple Grove, MN. As a Math Instructor/Tutor/Coach, you'll have the opportunity to work with students of various skill levels and learning styles, using our proprietary Mathnasium Method. This is a part-time position with consistent but flexible hours after school and on weekends. Key Responsibilities Teach and tutor students : Deliver individualized instruction in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices. Collaborate with team members : Work together to develop and implement effective lesson plans and strategies. Assess student progress : Evaluate student learning and engagement throughout instructional sessions. Digital literacy : Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes. Maintain a safe learning environment : Support the maintenance of a safe, professional, and organized learning environment. Essential Qualifications Passion for math and education : A genuine enthusiasm for math and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives. Excellent interpersonal skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, parents, and team members. Eagerness to learn : A willingness to learn and be trained on our proprietary Mathnasium Method and teaching practices. Math competency : Exceptional math skills through at least Algebra I. Organizational skills : Ability to balance various ongoing tasks and responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications Teaching or tutoring experience : Previous experience working with students in a teaching or tutoring capacity. Math education background : A background in math education or a related field. Experience with digital educational tools : Familiarity with digital educational materials and processes.
