Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment
Develop positive relationships with parents, establishing trust and confidence in our programs
Become proficient in digital educational materials and processes, including the Mathnasium Method
Teach in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery, using our proprietary methodology and terminology
Assess student progress, collaborate with team members, and deliver exceptional results
Evaluate, grade, and correct student work, providing constructive feedback and guidance
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized learning environment
Support non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of our center
Requirements:
A passion for math and working with students of all ages
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Exceptional math competency, with a strong foundation in math concepts through at least Algebra I
Ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of organization
Willingness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
