Job Responsibilities
As a Math Instructor/Tutor at Mathnasium, you'll be responsible for:
Teaching and Tutoring: Deliver individualized instruction using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to provide a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Progress Assessment: Monitor students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
Digital Literacy: Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
Safety and Professionalism: Help maintain a safe and professional learning environment.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Math Instructor/Tutor at Mathnasium, you'll need:
Math Expertise: Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to Learn: A passion for learning and a willingness to be trained on our methods and curriculum.
