Material Handler - Loader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Material Handler - Loader to join our North Metro Dist Warehouse Team 2 at Coca-Cola UNITED in Atlanta. As a Material Handler - Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:


Fill customer orders from tickets or voice commands, meeting set quotas and ensuring accuracy
Identify products by description and quantity, and transport them to the staging area using pallet jacks or riding jacks
Perform daily powered equipment inspections and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved or distributed
Sort and place materials on pallets according to predetermined sequences
Record amounts of materials received or distributed, and count items for distribution within the plant


Requirements:


Minimum age of 18 years old
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Regular and prompt attendance is essential
Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance
Forklift and electric riding pallet jack experience preferred
Physical demands include repeated grasping, continuous standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs.
