Master Data Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking a hands-on Master Data Analyst in Jacksonville, FL.
Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day master data maintenance, auditing master data records, and troubleshooting data-related errors to ensure accurate and efficient Order to Cash (OTC) operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work collaboratively across departments to uphold data integrity and support business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
? Master Data Analyst will execute daily updates, audits, and validations of materials, logistics, planning, and customer master data in SAP S/4HANA
? Troubleshoot and resolve master data errors impacting OTC processes, including data inconsistencies in customer, material, and logistics records
? Monitor master data entry queues, identify missing or inconsistent records, and escalate issues as needed
? Ensure compliance with data governance policies while maintaining master data standards
? As a Master Data Analyst, you will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and IT to support accurate master data across the organization
? Assist in data migration, cleansing, and enrichment projects for system upgrades and enhancements
? Maintain SAP master data templates, update records, and document best practices
? Bachelor's degree required with a preference for a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or IT
? 3+ years of experience in master data management, data auditing, or maintenance within SAP S/4HANA
? Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Master Data (OTC focus on materials, logistics, planning, and customer data)
? Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation) proficiency
? Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, SAP IBP, SAP SAC) is a plus
? Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
? Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
? Experience in the supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics industries is highly desirable
? Prior experience supporting Order to Cash (OTC) processes in an SAP environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
