Job description: Job Posting Title: Marvel Studios Business & Legal Affairs JD Intern, Fall 2025Req ID: 10121268Job Description:About the Role & ProgramMarvel Studios, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, is one of the world's most prominent character-based entertainment companies, built on a proven library of over 8,000 characters featured in a variety of media over 70 years!As an intern on the Marvel legal team you will be working with in-house attorneys on groundbreaking entertainment, corporate, and intellectual property matters reporting to Principal Counsel.What You Will DoHelp to prepare talent deals across feature films, streaming shows, and animated productionsDraft above-the-line and below-the-line agreements for feature films, streaming series, and animated productionsAnalyze various intellectual property rights, matters and clearance issues involving Marvel assetsRequired Qualifications & SkillsPrior internship at a film or entertainment company or law firmExcellent analytical skills with the ability to handle and follow through on multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent research skills; resourcefulStrong interpersonal skills and with ability to work independentlyDemonstrate a high degree of discretion regarding sensitive/confidential informationPreferred Experience…Completed classes in copyright, entertainment, or intellectual property areasEducationMust be enrolled in an accredited law school taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship programCompletion of one or more years of law school in a current JD program at the start of the internshipEligibility Requirements & Program InformationBe at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorizationHave not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College ProgramAdditional InformationThe date of this internship is from August 25, 2025, through December 12, 2025Able to work 20 - 24 hrs. per week, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm PSTThis internship is a remote position and requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace The pay rate for this remote role is $41.40 per hour.
