Marketplaces Specialist: Amazon, Walmart

About the Role HVACDirect.com is a fast-growing, web-focused business making significant investments in expanding its footprint across its marketplace channels. This role is central to that growth. We are seeking a hands-on Marketplaces Specialist to contribute to the strategy, execution, and performance of our third-party marketplace channels including Amazon, Walmart, and More, while also supporting our presence on online mass retail platforms such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply, Rural King, and similar partners. Key Responsibilities • Influence end-to-end marketplace performance, including revenue, margin, and P&L • Support daily marketplace operations across all marketplaces • Develop and execute marketplace strategies, roadmaps, and growth initiatives • Support product data, listings, and lifecycle decisions (additions, removals, optimizations) • Resolve listing rejections, feed errors, compliance issues, and technical blockers • Support marketplace advertising strategy, execution, and optimization • Create and maintain marketplace brand pages, creative assets, and SEO content • Determine and implement promotions across marketplace channels • Conduct brand and assortment audits to ensure marketplace approvals and compliance • Contribute to cross-marketplace reporting and performance analysis • Reconcile marketplace reporting, orders, and invoices with internal systems • Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale marketplace customer support • Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, pricing, accounting, warehouse, and external agencies Qualifications • Proven experience managing marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) • Strong hands-on experience with marketplace feeds and integrations • Demonstrated management of marketplace P&L and performance metrics • Experience supporting marketplace advertising programs • Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills What Success Looks Like • Marketplaces are profitable, accurate, compliant, and growing • Feeds are clean, stable, and scalable • Advertising is efficient and ROI-positive • Issues are resolved quickly with minimal escalation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
