Marketplace Monetization Manager (Remote from US)

You will lead the monetization strategy by managing high-impact partnerships with merchants, affiliates, and agencies, ensuring measurable performance and revenue growth. You will influence marketplace development, optimize partner performance, and explore new monetization opportunities. Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies aligned with business objectives • Manage and expand relationships with merchants, affiliate networks, sub-affiliate partners, agencies, and offer aggregators • Drive revenue performance through partner-level plans, campaign optimization, and performance analysis • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to identify opportunities and provide actionable partner insights • Advocate for partners’ needs in marketplace roadmap discussions, ensuring alignment between partner requirements and product priorities • Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders and partners • Identify, test, and implement new monetization models, ad formats, and partnership opportunities Requirements • 6+ years of experience in partner management, performance marketing, or ecommerce strategy, including managing sub-affiliate programs • Proven track record in managing complex partner ecosystems and driving multi-channel performance • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and ecommerce growth levers • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and influence senior audiences • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments • Collaborative, mission-driven, and focused on building high-performing, transparent partnerships Benefits • Competitive base salary ranging from $124,000–$190,000 depending on location and experience • Equity awards and total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% subsidized for employees and dependents) • Flexible spending and wellness benefits • Generous vacation and holiday schedules • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) for eligible employees • Remote-first work environment with occasional team collaboration requirements Apply tot his job
