Opendorse is seeking a Marketplace Coordinator who can leverage their passion for sports marketing and knowledge of athletes to help us scale our business in the endorsement management and emerging Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) era. In this role you will be an independent, self-starter. You will support every athlete using our technology to execute deals in our marketplace, and you will be responsible for making sure athletes have the information they need in order to respond to offers in our marketplace, helping the company build on its success in the endorsement and NIL space. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a deliberate determination to see a task through to the end. You have superb resolve and can turn Opendorse's vision into reality through both your creativity and your attention to detail. You understand and appreciate that things can change quickly in the marketplace, and that you will need to be flexible while you proceed in a solutions-oriented way. The quality of your work and the Opendorse brand matter deeply to you. You will report to (and work closely with) the Director of Campaigns and develop a strong working relationship with our campaigns, athlete relations, support, and marketing teams. You naturally elevate people, take on ad-hoc projects as they arise, and jump at the opportunity to help those around you whenever they need you. Core Functions & Responsibilities • Monitor and analyze all activity in the marketplace to ensure organizational best practices • Recommend and take action to increase campaign participation and activity completion among athlete users • Point of contact for athlete and agent users in support of offer/opportunities review • Coordinate with athletes and their agents to ensure proper execution of deliverables • Onboard athlete users and assist in developing/maintaining athlete profiles and account settings • Contribute to the development of help center articles and best practices pieces What we are looking for • Entry-to-mid-level candidate • Being high-energy with a hustle, motivation, and drive that's contagious • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt and manage/prioritize several campaigns simultaneously • Task-oriented with exceptional project management skills • Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment Diversity at Opendorse Opendorse is an equal opportunity employer.
