Marketing Team Member
About the position
Doctors of Natural Medicine is seeking a professional, punctual, and determined marketing team member to help grow our presence in the Colorado Springs, Denver, Pueblo, and digital area. Your primary responsibility will be to distribute our flyers to Medical Marijuana Dispensaries in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Denver using our company car. In addition to flyer distribution, you will nurture our relationships with those dispensaries and collect data to measure our marketing success. We have recently implemented a generous commission structure for those interested in going the extra mile, hence the range on the pay. We will start you at $19/hr, but every time you solidify a deal with a dispensary, we will pay you a flat bonus of $200. Our last marketing team member averaged about one deal per week. Additional duties may include working from home once a week on our digital marketing campaigns using your design software of choice. While we primarily use Canva, you are welcome to use another platform if you prefer. Ideally, you have at least 1 year of design experience, but this is not a strict requirement. We also utilize Later to schedule our posts on social media platforms. As the highest-rated clinic in Colorado, we pride ourselves on our image and expect our marketing team member to uphold that image by dressing sharply. This job is right for you if you enjoy driving, nurturing relationships, setting up appointments, and finding openings to solidify those relationships. You should consider yourself extroverted, enjoy negotiating when given the tools and structure to do so, and be friendly and charismatic, not afraid to approach people coldly and ask questions. You must feel comfortable driving to Medical Marijuana Dispensaries in Pueblo, Denver, and Colorado Springs, as well as driving a company car.
