The ideal candidate will live within driving distance of the Omaha, Nebraska office. If living in one of our approved states (Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Texas) . This position allows remote flexibility but will have occasional visits to the office. The Marketing Strategist will create and implement well-planned, integrated marketing campaigns that align with strategic company initiatives and drive membership growth. The Marketing Strategist is responsible for creating and deploying integrated marketing plans, assessing and automating marketing processes, communicating annual marketing plans to cross-functional teams, as well as analyzing and reporting results to continually improve marketing efforts. What you'll do: Work collaboratively, internally and externally, to create and execute annual integrated marketing plans for various products and campaigns. Develop a deep understanding of business goals for various group verticals, while aligning marketing strategies to drive results that meet those goals. Facilitate direct marketing processes and implementations, with a particular focus on direct mail, digital and fulfillment. Create effective messaging for products that is clear and efficient. Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis. Track and analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns and develop reporting to provide guidance for future marketing initiatives. Manage project budgets and coordinate vendor invoices. To be considered for this position, you must have: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Previous experience with direct marketing, digital or lead generation marketing. Ability to implement a consumer marketing strategy, apply it to business goals, track and report return on investment (ROI) and adapt plans based on market conditions, financial environment and business changes. Proven track record of managing multiple projects within a tight deadline environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement. The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments. The ability to work well in a team environment and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.
