About the Role

The Marketing Specialist, Regional Campaigns supports the execution of regional and state-level marketing campaigns designed to drive demand and pipeline growth. Reporting to the Director, Field Marketing, this role is responsible for coordinating and delivering localized, multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, webinars, and events.

Working closely with sales and cross-functional marketing teams, the Marketing Specialist ensures campaigns are executed efficiently, aligned to regional priorities, and optimized for performance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

Regional Campaign Execution & Project Management

Execute regional and state-level campaigns across digital, email, webinars, and events

Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution

Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with sales teams to align campaigns with regional priorities and market needs

Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to deliver localized campaign assets

Keep stakeholders informed on campaign progress, timelines, and results

Localized Content Coordination

Support the development of region-specific marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, and ads

Customize messaging based on audience, market insights, and sales feedback

Campaign Performance & Optimization

Track campaign performance metrics including engagement, lead generation, and conversion

Provide reporting and insights on campaign effectiveness

Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and pipeline impact

Essential Criteria

3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within SaaS or B2B environments

Experience supporting regional, field, or ABM-style campaigns

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
