Marketing Specialist
AppGate is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support global marketing operations and campaign execution. This role reports to our Senior Director of Marketing, and is ideal for someone early in their career with strong growth potential, who enjoys working with marketing technology, data and cross-functional teams.You’ll help build and optimize marketing campaigns using Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot), while also supporting translation and localization efforts to ensure consistency across our global content strategy.RequirementsMarketing Automation & Campaign ExecutionBuild, test and manage email campaigns, landing pages, forms and automation workflows in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).Support end-to-end campaign execution across channels including email, webinars (Zoom), paid programs and content syndication.Ensure all campaigns are properly tagged, tracked and integrated with Salesforce CRM for accurate attribution and reporting.Manage campaign calendars and coordinate asset delivery across internal stakeholders and external vendors.QA campaigns before launch—checking links, form routing, list segmentation and mobile rendering.Data, Reporting & CRMTrack and report on campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates and lead progression through the funnel.Maintain data hygiene across marketing databases — managing list imports, deduplication, segmentation and field standardization.Support lead scoring and nurture program maintenance to improve lead quality and sales handoff.Translation & LocalizationCoordinate translation and localization of marketing content including emails, landing pages, social copy and sales collateral across our global footprint.Maintain a localization tracker to manage turnaround times, versioning and approvals across content types.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Demand Generation, Content, Design and Sales teams to support integrated campaign execution.Serve as a key point of contact for marketing operations requests from internal stakeholders.Document processes and contribute to a library of campaign templates, naming conventions and operational standards.Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current workflows and proactively suggest improvements.BenefitsRemote workHealth InsuranceHealth and enviromental festivalFitness StipendE-Learning platformAnnual BonusWork From Home StipendSeasonal ActivitiesGet 2getherand more...
