We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts in the LATAM region. This role will play a critical part in generating high-quality leads, managing digital and field marketing initiatives, and strengthening our brand presence through strategic campaigns and content.Reports to: General Manager, LATAM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts in the LATAM region. This role will play a critical part in generating high-quality leads, managing digital and field marketing initiatives, and strengthening our brand presence through strategic campaigns and content.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to provide high-quality leads for the sales team.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize campaigns for conversion.
Digital Marketing
Manage agency relationships to ensure effective placement of Google and Meta ads.
Ensure accurate data tracking and channel attribution for all digital campaigns.
SEO Strategy
Work closely with the SEO agency to rank hero keywords at the top of search results.
Create high-value content that drives organic growth and aligns with brand objectives.
Field Marketing
Plan and execute events with partners, focusing on driving engagement and building strong connections in the region.
Coordinate logistics and manage resources for impactful event execution.
Content Production
Develop customer case studies to showcase successful implementations and strengthen credibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for content.
Branding
Assist in enhancing brand presence and awareness through targeted campaigns and regional branding initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to digital and field marketing in the LATAM Region.
Proficiency in managing digital campaigns and working with SEO and event management agencies.
Strong understanding of data analytics and tracking tools for channel attribution.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish is required.
