The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving the company’s brand presence and market growth. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. By combining data-driven analysis with creative thinking, the Marketing Specialist ensures that campaigns are effective, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on continuous improvement are central to this role, supporting both the company’s visibility and long-term success.Key Responsabilities Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights about consumer requirements, habits, and trends. Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels such as social media, email marketing. Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and enhance marketing strategies. Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future marketing strategies. Manage marketing budgets and oversee the production of marketing materials. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques and technologies, proactively recommending improvements to ensure our marketing efforts remain relevant and competitive. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of managing comprehensive marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and data analysis tools. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, SEO, and social media strategy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments. Creative mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
