Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and support various marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for staging content in HubSpot, managing basic project tasks, and assisting with other marketing-related activities.This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.Working hours: 9AM - 5PM ESTnKey Responsibilities:Stage and optimize content in HubSpot, including:Website pagesLanding pagesEmailsBlogsCalls-to-Action (CTAs)Ads and social media postsLog and organize customer reviews in HubSpot.Assist in project management tasks, such as:Queueing up deliverables in our project management system.Ensuring deadlines and workflows are followed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Perform miscellaneous marketing-related tasks as needed.Qualifications & Experience:2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content staging, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree.Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com).Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Why Join Us: Work in a fully remote, flexible environment.
