Marketing Specialist
The Oncology Institute is advancing oncology by delivering highly specialized, value-based cancer care in the community setting. As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of clinical marketing strategies across 100 clinics, ensuring consistent brand standards and enhancing patient and provider experiences.ResponsibilitiesLive and exemplify TOI core values while delivering high-quality support to clinical teams and internal partnersMaintain and update clinic marketing inventories, including signage, brochures, posters, patient education materials, and branded collateralConduct regular clinic branding audits across all markets to ensure compliance with TOIβs brand guidelinesCoordinate signage updates, replacements, and installations in partnership with Operations, Facilities, and external vendorsCollaborate with vendor designer to update, version, and produce marketing collateral for clinics across multiple statesManage the intake and coordination of clinic marketing requests, maintaining visibility into priorities and ensuring accurate, on-brand deliverablesPrepare marketing packets for new clinic openings, relocations, expansions, and specialty program launchesSupport the rollout of new branding initiatives and ensure consistent adoption across clinic teamsObtain quotes, manage production timelines, and coordinate with print and signage vendors to fulfill collateral needsMaintain an organized digital archive of approved marketing materials and distribute updated versions as neededCoordinate meetings with operational staff to check-in on branding projectsSupport the marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination tasksSkillsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesUnderstanding of branding principles and how they apply to multi-site organizationsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Design, Operations, Facilities, and Clinical LeadershipComfortable working with inventory systems, project tracking tools, and structured workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to qualityAbility to problem solve in fast-paced clinical settingsOne to three years of experience in marketing, brand operations, or project coordinationAbility to commute and travel to multiple locationsA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline is preferredExperience supporting multiple locations or stakeholder groups is preferredFamiliarity with print production, signage processes, or vendor coordination is a plusBenefitsCompetitive compensationGrowth opportunitiesThe chance to make a meaningful impactCompany OverviewFounded in 2007, The Oncology Institute (NASDAQ: TOI) is advancing oncology by delivering highly specialized, value-based cancer care in the community setting.
