* Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
* Assist in creating marketing content, including digital assets, collateral, and event materials.
* Support the evaluation of marketing strategies through monitoring and measuring campaign performance.
* Contribute to competitive assessments and provide strategic recommendations.
* Manage projects across their entire lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
*Marketing Specialist Qualifications:*
* Broad knowledge of marketing strategies with proven execution skills.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
* Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and marketing automation preferred.
* Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365, project management tools, and familiarity with agency workflows is preferred.
