MARKETING PROOFREADER
Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Compensation Range: $25 - 30 per hour

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help our client in the healthcare space ensure customer-facing materials are flawless and compliant. Responsibilities:
ā¢ Be the gatekeeper for content accuracy: Rigorously proofread and validate all marketing materials to ensure they precisely match approved content and brand guidelines. Your keen eye will be especially critical during our Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
ā¢ Ensure compliance: Collaborate closely with our internal creative team and external agency partners to guarantee all marketing material and campaign designs meet necessary regulatory and legal standards.
ā¢ Manage project flow: Take the lead on assigned marketing projects, maintaining detailed timelines and status reports. You'll proactively communicate key milestones and potential risks to stakeholders.
ā¢ Support content integrity: Review and validate copy against "Source of Truth" documents, making sure every word is correct and consistent.
ā¢ Track and report: Maintain comprehensive spreadsheets for tracking key metrics related to marketing initiatives.
ā¢ Coordinate external reviews: Project manage campaigns that are sent to outside proofing agencies, ensuring smooth handoffs and timely feedback.
ā¢ Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed to support our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
Qualifications:
ā¢ 3-5 years of experience in a marketing support, project coordination, or content review role.
ā¢ Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills are absolutely essential.
ā¢ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus, but not required.
ā¢ Familiarity with marketing project management or automation tools is a plus.
ā¢ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
