They are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to assist in the coordination and execution of various marketing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery while supporting the Northeast marketing team with project management tasks. Responsibilities Manage & maintain the Marketing & Business Development & Events inboxes, responding promptly to inquiries routing messages to relevant teams Assist in the development and implementation of marketing projects, as needed Perform administrative tasks and special projects as assigned, including, but not limited to scheduling lunches, creating POs, entering invoices, etc Assist in Northeast event support, including, but not limited to sending pre- and post-event emails, creating campaigns in CRM, tracking events on Northeast Region Event Tracker, track post-event survey responses, and other event related projects, as needed Support the Northeast marketing team with project management tasks, as needed Skills Associate's Degree 1+ years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's Degree Benefits Group health plan benefits 401(K) Bonuses Profit-sharing contributions Flexible time off Parental leave Company Overview Forvis Mazars, LLP is an independent member of Forvis Mazars Global, a leading global professional services network.
