They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels and ensure project execution in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels Work closely with the Director of Marketing Growth to ensure all tasks assigned are completed Support on ad-hoc projects as needed Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Update website and marketing posts with content created by the creative team Skills Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Experience or willingness to learn website content updates and digital/media coordination Update website and marketing posts with content created by our creative team Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana) is a plus Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment Willingness and ability to travel or be on-site when required 1–3 years of experience in project management, administrative assistant, marketing coordination or a similar role Field marketing experience required Experience working in hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a plus Company Overview Chicken N Pickle is an indoor/outdoor entertainment complex that features a casual, chef-driven restaurant with pickleball courts.
