Overview
The Marketing & Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving brand growth through strategic collaborations, partnerships, and marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in expanding Shielded & Blessed Cosmetics across retail, e-commerce, and luxury hospitality channels, increasing brand visibility, credibility, and revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and strategic, with the ability to identify opportunities, manage partnerships, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns while maintaining a strong and consistent digital presence.
Duties
Partnership Development & Strategy
β’ Identify, develop, and secure partnerships with influencers, brands, hotels, spas, and aligned organizations
β’ Lead outreach efforts, pitch collaboration opportunities, and negotiate partnership terms
β’ Develop partnership strategies that align with brand growth and revenue goals
Campaign & Collaboration Management
β’ Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and collaborative activations
β’ Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and external partners
β’ Oversee co-branded campaigns and experiential marketing initiatives
Content & Social Media Management
β’ Develop, schedule, and publish content across major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels, maintaining a consistent posting cadence of 2β3 times per week
β’ Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, campaign goals, and luxury positioning, with final approval from the CEO prior to publishing
β’ Collaborate with the CEO to refine content direction, messaging, and overall brand storytelling
Website & Digital Presence
β’ Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually aligned with the brand, and optimized for user experience and conversions
β’ Implement website updates, product launches, and content enhancements with CEO review and approval
β’ Identify opportunities to improve website performance, functionality, and customer journey
Relationship Management
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, influencers, and collaborators
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for partnerships, ensuring a premium and professional experience
β’ Nurture long-term partnerships that drive ongoing brand exposure and revenue
Performance Tracking & Optimization
β’ Track campaign performance, partnership engagement, and ROI
β’ Monitor deliverables and ensure all partnership obligations are met
β’ Analyze results and optimize strategies to improve future collaborations
PR & Brand Visibility
β’ Lead and support PR outreach, media opportunities, and brand features
β’ Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and influencer activations
β’ Secure placements that align with the brandβs luxury positioning
Qualifications
β’ Experience in marketing, partnerships, PR, or business development
β’ Strong communication, outreach, and negotiation skills
β’ Proven ability to manage partnerships and marketing initiatives
β’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
β’ Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
β’ Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, evolving brand environment
β’ Experience managing social media platforms and website updates preferred
β’ Passion for brand-building, luxury experiences, and strategic collaborations
