Now we need someone to own the entire marketing side strategy, content, growth, and storytelling.

What You’ll Actually Do:

Brand & Strategy

• Shape Fynancr’s voice to speak to both borrowers and lenders

• Position us as the trust-first fintech brand in hardship prevention

Social & Content

• Run daily IG/LinkedIn posts, stories, and engagement

• Create scroll-stopping visuals and educational content

• Use tools like Canva, Notion, Later, and Figma (or whatever works best)

Growth Experiments

• Launch and test referral + waitlist loops

• Set up email campaigns for lender outreach and user onboarding

• Collaborate with founder, ops, and product team weekly

Messaging & Copywriting

• Refine landing page copy

• Write clear, compliant, and emotionally resonant messages

• Help design decks and materials for investor + partner outreach

First 30 Days:

• Get familiar with the product + mission

• Launch our content calendar

• Improve engagement and trust-building across channels

• Test our waitlist growth funnel and early growth loops
