Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, AI tools), including audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow by managing list imports, campaign setup, and system integrations Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in campaign execution, proactively improving processes and efficiency Monitor campaign performance and support lead generation efforts through targeted offers, landing pages, and automation strategies Flexibility to accommodate emerging responsibilities and last-minute changes, but the ability to push back when necessary Excellent communication skills. You can work cross-functionally with various types of teams Engage and manage outside vendors as necessary to contribute to program goals Reports to the Marketing Operations manager Requirements & Skills: 2-3 years of digital / marketing operations experience, preferably with a focus on B2B. Familiarity with SFDC & Hubspot with the ability to report on digital channel performance Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks inside Asana, reprioritizing based on needs Teamwork mentality – we have a tight-knit team; you must be able to work well with others Solution-oriented – we all encounter problems, but how can we solve them? Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity. Anticipated Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 Annually USD Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
