Think ClickUp boards, quality checks, deadline chasing, and smooth client communications—not writing social posts or brainstorming ad campaigns.You’ll collaborate closely with their writing and creative teams to keep projects moving, people aligned, and clients delighted. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a process-driven role, loves details, and wants to build a career in marketing operations.What You’ll Be DoingOwning and updating project timelines and task boardsEnsuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standardLiaising with clients and keeping them in the loop on progressCoordinating across internal teams to maintain clarity and accountabilityRunning regular quality control checksSpotting gaps, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency3+ years experience in a similar marketing operations or project management roleExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency with project management tools (we use ClickUp)Detail-oriented mindset and love for structureStrong problem-solving skills and initiativeA collaborative, team-first attitudeThis is a full-time role (40 hours/week), fully remote. You'll need to work core hours Monday through Friday, with some flexibility around your schedule.
