OverviewHawk is looking for a strategic, action-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to optimize the performance and impact of our marketing efforts. In this role, you will manage the systems, processes, and data that power our demand generation engine and ABM programs. You'll be responsible for building and improving marketing infrastructure, campaign operations, lead management, reporting, and overall marketing efficiency.Your Responsibilities:Campaign OperationsSupport campaign planning and execution through account and contact segmentation, program setup, workflows, and automationBuild scalable processes for campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, and nurturingDevelop and manage the technical architecture to support ABM campaignsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch, test, and refine ABM programsData Management, Reporting & InsightsDevelop dashboards and reports to measure performance of marketing activityProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve lead quality and conversionManage account scoring and engagement tracking across key accountsMonitor and report on ABM performance metrics such as account engagement, pipeline influence, and attributionWork with RevOps to align on lead/account lifecycle stages and conversion KPIsProcess OptimizationIdentify and drive continuous improvements in marketing processes, automation, and workflowsCollaborate with RevOps to improve funnel velocity and campaign impactMarketing Technology & SystemsWork with RevOps to build and maintain a marketing tech stackIdentify, evaluate and implement new tools that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiencyYour Profile:>3 years of experience in marketing operationsStrong understanding of HubSpot along with knowledge of ABM and sales enablement toolsExperience in lead flow, lead scoring and campaign automationStrong analytical mindset with a love for ExcelSolid understanding of B2B marketing metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline attribution, etc.)Experience working in fast-paced B2B tech environmentsBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS, API integrations, or low-code tools like Zapier is a plusUnderstanding of data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
