Marketing Operations & Growth Manager

Würk is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations & Growth Manager to build the automation and optimizations needed to scale full-funnel pipeline growth across new industries and enterprise markets. This hybrid role blends marketing operations, growth marketing, marketing automation, CRO, analytics, and campaign execution to accelerate measurable revenue impact. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is ideal for a data-driven marketer capable of building sophisticated systems, while producing high-quality growth programs.
Responsibilities
Vertical & Enterprise Marketing
Develop keyword-optimized industry-specific landing pages and enterprise-ready product positioningCollaborate with Sales to align messaging, improve conversion rate and nurturing throughout long sales cycles
Marketing Automation, Email & Lifecycle Nurture
Build and manage HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and segmentationCreate targeted, persona-based vertical nurture sequences for enterprise and mid-market audiencesExecute automated product, feature, onboarding, retention, and upsell campaigns
Analytics, Reporting & Attribution
Own GA4, Looker Studio dashboards, UTMs, and attribution modeling frameworksEnsure accurate source tracking, funnel integrity, and ROI visibility across channelsDeliver monthly reporting on pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and marketing performance
Cross-Departmental Support
Partner with Sales to optimize pipeline velocity, lead scoring accuracy and lead nurturing sequencesSupport Customer Success with automated email sequences for client communications and retentionCollaborating with Product Team to create product marketing sequences to current clients and prospectsCollaborating with Partnerships through email lead nurture, content development, Salesforce dashboard reporting & analysis
SEO, Content & Conversion Optimization
Conduct regular keyword analysis to ensure SEO best practices and content optimizations across the website are consistentImprove conversion rate optimization through A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, call-to-action optimization, and analytics insights.
Required Skill Sets and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field.3+ years’ experience across digital marketing, marketing operations, growth, or demand gen.Strong expertise in CRMs, including Salesforce and HubSpotStrong expertise in HubSpot automation, lifecycle marketing architecture, lead scoring, and segmentation.Proven success increasing pipeline growth through CRO, and multi-channel digital strategy.Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, UTMs, and attribution models.Excellent writing, editing, and content structuring abilities.Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.HTML/CSS, graphic design, or light development skills a plusB2B SaaS experience a plusHCM, workforce management & HR industry experience a plus

The base annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 and will be based on the candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
