Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team's campaign execution, managing tools and workflows, and ensuring accurate lead tracking and reporting. Responsibilities Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting are accurate, consistent, and aligned across systems Build, maintain, and continuously improve reports and dashboards that track campaign performance Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and progress against overall company goals, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making Monitor lead flow and conversion in partnership with the Senior Manager, Demand Generation Maintain and manage the Marketing Asana board to ensure campaign timelines, dependencies, and handoffs stay on track Lead quality assurance for campaigns and forms, proactively identifying and addressing issues prior to launch Monitor and improve data quality across CRM and marketing systems in partnership with Salesforce Admins and Revenue Operations Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and operational efficiency Support onboarding and enablement for marketing tools used by the team Skills 1–3 years of experience supporting marketing operations, analytics, or marketing systems Experience working with Salesforce in a B2B marketing environment Experience with campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting Experience building or maintaining reports and dashboards Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) to help keep work on track Strong attention to detail and experience supporting QA for campaigns, forms, or workflows Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, revenue operations, or technical teams Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize work, and contribute to process improvement Curious, organized, and motivated to grow within marketing operations Benefits Generous Vacation: Start with 15 days of vacation, pro-rated in your first year based on your start date Personal Time: Take care of what matters with 5 paid personal days and 3 unpaid personal days annually Comprehensive Health Coverage: Access to health and dental benefits after just 3 months of employment Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds with our hybrid work environment Performance Bonus Program: Recognizing your impact with bonus opportunities tied to company and individual performance Learning & Development Support: We invest in your growth with a dedicated L&D budget and coverage for platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Codecademy, and more A Great Team: Work with genuinely kind, smart, and talented people who love what they do (and know how to have fun doing it).
