This role involves managing daily free to play contests, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance fan engagement.ResponsibilitiesCreate, configure, and manage daily free to play contests aligned to the live sports calendarApply deep sports knowledge to identify key matchups, storylines, and moments that will resonate with fansMonitor injuries, line changes, and real time game developments to proactively adjust contests and contentPartner closely with Marketing and Product teams to align game mechanics and messagingSupport the build and maintenance of the FanApp content and marketing calendar across sports, promotions, and free to playTranslate sports moments into clear plans for in app content with defined requirements, timelines, and success criteriaCoordinate with Creative, Legal, and Marketing to QA assets, ensure compliance, and approve executionsExecute daily content and campaign setup, asset management, and live monitoringProvide off hours coverage (evenings/weekends) to launch or update content tied to live sporting eventsIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in game and content workflows and proactively propose solutionsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all live experiencesAct as a reliable execution partner in a fast paced, evolving environmentSkills1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, or content rolesStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple live workstreams simultaneouslyProven ability to execute consistently while adapting quickly to changeCollaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross functionallyWillingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysOccasional travel for team offsites or office collaborationSports industry experience strongly preferredExtensive knowledge of major sports preferredBachelor's degree in Sports, Business, Marketing, or related field preferredBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401KPaid time offGymPassPet InsuranceFamily Care BenefitsFree Shipt deliveries$700 to set up your home officeCompany OverviewFanatics is a global sports platform reimagining the fan experience across gear, trading cards, sports betting, content, events, and more.
